Consistent quality, reliable service
This was my third order from Mandala Gems, and once again, they delivered. I picked up a smoky quartz tower and a few essential oil blends. The quality of the crystal is excellent, just as I've come to expect from them. The oils are also really nice. My previous orders, which included a large amethyst cluster and some oracle cards, were equally well-handled. They consistently package fragile items with great care, which is a big reason I keep coming back. Shipping was prompt this time, arrived in about 5 days.
Nice malachite, slow shipping
I ordered a malachite palm stone and some ritual candles from Mandala Gems. The malachite is beautiful, really good quality and exactly as pictured. The candles smell great too. Packaging was very secure, everything arrived intact. My only minor gripe is that shipping took a little longer than I expected, about 7 days to reach me in Arizona. Not a huge issue, but something to keep in mind if you're in a hurry. Customer service was responsive when I asked for a tracking update though, so that was a plus.
Good deal on a crystal
I was looking for a decent lepidolite and saw Mandala Gems had a sale going on. I signed up for their newsletter and got a 10% off code, which helped a lot. Shipping wasn't free for my order since it was under a hundred bucks, but the total price for the lepidolite was still better than other places I checked. It felt like I got good value for my money. Cute moonstone pendant!
So, I snagged a moonstone pendant from here last week and it's super cute! I was just browsing around and saw it. It arrived pretty fast, like in 4 days, which was awesome.
